6am–Tournament of Roses 126th New Year’s Day Rose Parade. This year’s theme is “Inspiring Stories.” Watch the high-tech floats that take nearly a year to build; go down Colorado Boulevard. Curbside viewing is free on a first-come, first-served basis down the 5.5 mile route. For info visit
